Andrew has a wealth of experience in the fields of accident investigation / reconstruction, technical vehicle examination and transport consultancy. Formerly a senior police accident investigation officer in the United Kingdom Andrew has been in private practice since January 1999. Since then has provided services to members of the legal profession and has frequently given expert witness evidence in many courts including the Central Criminal Court, “The Old Bailey”, in London, England.
Andrew specializes in the investigation and reconstruction of tour bus / safari vehicle accidents and since 2000 has regularly performed investigations / reconstructions, technical vehicle examinations, vehicle safety audits and tachograph analysis work worldwide for a variety of tour operators, insurance companies and other corporate clients.
He has worked throughout the United Kingdom and in Portugal, Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Andorra, France, Belgium, Italy, Germany, Cyprus, Tunisia, Turkey, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mali, Mexico, the Dominican Republic & Cuba. Andrew relocated to Canada during 2007 and is now based in Kelowna in the Central Okanagan area of British Columbia.
